A few comments about this painting by the artist: The original title for this painting was Ring Of Fire, but it has so much power, that I found myself calling it Ring of Power and so I finally gave in and changed the name. I find that interesting because this painting was created during my "volcano" period which just "happened" to coincide with my divorce, and when I look back on the experience I can see how my own fire gradually became power. The painting itself seems to reflect this change as well, as deep blue flows into the surrounding red/orange.
